Role Description & Overview
The small but well-leveraged corporate tax team at this top-50 global law firm advises on both transactional and advisory matters for an eclectic client base — corporates, family offices, founders, entrepreneurs, private equity firms, quasi-sovereigns and the occasional non-profit.
While the firm encourages its tax lawyers to remain relatively broad, it currently has a partner-level gap in real estate support. It is keen to address this and is seeking a corporate tax lawyer with a real estate focus, comfortable supporting direct property transactions, to fill the lacuna.
Unusually, the firm is offering immediate (day-one) partnership to a senior associate — perhaps blocked by business case requirements at their current firm.
