LUXUS HOMES INTERNATIONAL is looking for Real Estate Agents in Marbella, Alicante, Mallorca, Dubai or Zurich. Career changers are also welcome.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identifying customer needs, providing advice and scheduling appointments by phone
• Conducting property and project viewing tours
• Providing guided tours and shuttle services for clients
• Listing properties on real estate portals
• Social Media Marketing

• Modern work tools such as CRM and LMS systems, Dropbox, Calendly, Notion, etc. for maximum automation, digitalization and efficiency

What We Expect:

• Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Presentable appearance with elegant outfits, good communication skills and a warm-hearted personality
• Sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, accuracy, determination, teamwork, ability to accept criticism and adapt, self-confidence
• Professionalism through calendar and note management as well as documentation and reporting
• Category B driving license, careful driving behavior and willingness to travel
• Laptop with Dropbox access
• Work commitment of at least 30 hours per week
