This growing, reputable organisation based in Camberley are seeking an Interim Financial Controller to join their team on a 3-month temporary basis.

You will be joining a fantastic business that is industry leading and offers a brilliant working culture. Furthermore, this role will be offered on a hybrid working basis and will have a full handover with the current incumbent.

Interim Financial Controller – About The Role

In this role

you will be working within a finance team of 6 and will be reporting into the Finance Director.

You will be leading the technical delivery and financial control of the financial function, ensuring all is running smoothly. The role provides senior financial oversight, supports organisational decision making and ensures the integrity of financial information. Your

key responsibilities will be

• Lead month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Control and oversight on finance policies and processes.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, accruals and journals.
• Produce and review financial reports for senior leadership team.
• Supporting with the budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activity.
• Manage VAT, pensions, fixed assets and statutory financial processes.
• Maintain financial policies, procedures and regulatory

requirements.

• Working closely with the FD on financial planning and risk.
• Reporting to internal & external stakeholders as required.

The successful Interim Financial Controller will have:

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Be immediately available to start
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Experience with Microsoft dynamics/business central would be beneficial
• Fully qualified or QBE candidates will be considered
• Ability to communicate at all levels
