💷 £15.31 per hour + £1.00 per hour shift allowance

⏰ Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm

We’re looking for an organised, confident Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day activities of a busy production team.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll keep production on track, manage priorities and people, maintain quality standards and help reduce waste and downtime.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

Organising daily production schedules, labour and workloads

Supervising production to achieve targets, deadlines and KPIs

Monitoring quality and taking action on non-conformance

Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and downtime

Training, mentoring and supporting team members

Managing performance, holidays, attendance and absence

Conducting return-to-work interviews

Maintaining production records and reporting progress

Working with other departments, including Procurement and HR

Helping maintain a safe, organised working environment

Supporting the creation of Standard Operating Procedures

✅ What we’re looking for

You’ll need to be well organised, comfortable managing changing priorities and able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. A good understanding of health & safety and safe working practices is essential.

Previous supervisory experience is desirable, alongside Health & Safety Awareness or IOSH Working Safely.
