Vivo Talent is working with an AI start-up that is creating a new category within the software world. Their platform is bridging the gap between specific systems to save their clients time, cost while increasing productivity and efficiency.

With this, they're looking for a hands-on Product Owner to help turn their product roadmaps into software their customers can use. Reporting into the CPO, you'll be working closely with the engineering team to own the product backlog, shape new features and make sure everyone has clear requirements and priorities.

Working on the strategy, you'll have real autonomy over detailed scope, sequencing and trade-offs.

This is a chance to take genuine ownership of a developing product and influence how it works.

What you'll do

Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing customer value, delivery commitments and engineering capacity

Turn product ideas into clear

requirements, user journeys and well-written user stories

Define MVP scope and make practical trade-offs

Work with engineering and design to shape functionality and usability, and maintain functional prototypes

Refine stories with engineers, resolving questions and surfacing dependencies and edge cases

Own product acceptance, confirming features deliver their intended functionality and value

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar hands-on software delivery role

Experience delivering B2B software, ideally in complex operational environments

Strong grasp of agile, backlog management and user story creation

Ability to prioritise, make scope trade-offs and manage competing demands

Experience working closely with engineers, designers and QA

Strong attention to detail across user journeys, functionality and acceptance of completed work

Comfortable taking ownership, challenging assumptions and making decisions independently
