Successfactors busca un Plant Operational Controller para nuestra planta de Sevilla, reportando al Operations Controlling Manager, para asegurar la rentabilidad, eficiencia operativa y adecuada gestión económico‑financiera de la planta.
Será Business Partner del Plant Manager, responsable de presupuesto, forecast, análisis de costes, inversiones y mejora continua mediante decisiones basadas en datos. Colaborará con Producción, Ingeniería y Supply Chain para optimizar KPIs y controles internos.
