Role Description & Overview
Onoff Telecom is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Paris to manage payroll inputs, HR administration, and employee onboarding/offboarding. You will support benefits administration and ensure HR data accuracy in Lucca while coordinating with IT, finance and vendors.
The role covers Paris and the newly opened Bucharest office, in a hybrid work setup. You will work closely with the CHRO and People Operations colleagues to streamline processes and deliver a high-quality employee experience
