Enginy is seeking a detail‐oriented People Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and every step in between. You'll ensure processes are accurate, compliant with Spanish labor regulations, and scalable as Enginy grows, working with the Gestoria, Finance, and teams on payroll and system maintenance.
