Senior Legal Councel (H/F)

• Advise and support management on all legal-related issues .

• Provide extensivelegalcounsel;
  Negotiate and reviewsoftwarelicense and serviceagreements from partners, suppliers, and our customers worldwide.

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations , including but not limited to the further development of EQS Group's internal compliance structure.

• Participation in the further development of standardcontracts and generalterms and conditions.

• Various project work, e.G., review and consistent updating of contract forms in the respective national language, as well as the follow-up of contract translations.

• Supporting sales in structuring transactions and accelerating the sales contracting process.

THIS IS YOUUniversity degree in law.Proven experience practicing independently or in the legal department of a technology company, ideally with a focus on softwarelicense andservice agreementsand an international environment.Proficient communication skills in English andFrench (C1). Another European language is a plus.Understanding of economiccontexts.Enjoys a highly collaborative environment and interdisciplinary work. High service orientation as well as an independent and result-oriented way of working.Negotiating skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.Ability to efficientlyhandlechangingtasks under time pressure and to set the required priorities.
