Role Description & Overview
Castrol is seeking a Senior Engineer for its Advanced Electrification Testing (AET) team at the Pangbourne Technology Centre. You will lead R&D testing projects, design and operate high‑end test rigs, and develop methodologies for EVs, batteries, and data centres.
You’ll translate data into actionable insights and collaborate with OEMs and partners. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering, a strong testing background, and experience with high‑voltage systems.
