Role Description & Overview
Tozers LLP in Exeter seeks an Employment Solicitor or FCILEx with 1+ years PQE for a fixed-term maternity cover. Hybrid working in Exeter. You will handle employment matters for a range of clients, from drafting contracts to tribunal support, while developing client relationships and contributing to team success.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, able to run a caseload independently, and motivated to grow in employment law during the contract period.
