Role Description & Overview
Atlassian Williams F1 Team is seeking a Payroll Operations Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with UK legislation. You will manage payroll systems, data integrity, and vendor relationships while driving process improvements and AI-enabled automation.
The role requires strong leadership, expert knowledge of HMRC rules, pensions, year-end duties, and collaboration with People Systems, Finance and Tax teams to optimise payroll operations
