Role Description & Overview
CM - Christelijke Mutualiteit zoekt een domeincoördinator (-trice) NL die rapporteert aan de Arts-directeur en meerdere Teamverantwoordelijken in Vlaanderen aanstuurt. Je vertaalt doelstellingen naar concrete acties, coacht teams en bewaakt veranderingsprocessen om de strategie van CM-MC te realiseren.
Je trekt HR-cycli door met de teamverantwoordelijken, organiseert werk en verdeelt personeel en werklast, en rapporteert via KPI's en dashboards.
