Role Description & Overview

Manpower recrute pour son client, industriel de l'agro-alimentaire, un(e) responsable d'atelier de fabrication en CDI, basé dans l'Ain, près du Nord Isère. Vous supervisez une dizaine de collaborateurs et reportez les résultats de l'atelier.

Vous assurez l'organisation et la planification, adaptez les effectifs, et veillez au respect des normes HACCP et QHSE. Le poste implique un leadership terrain et des actions d'amélioration continue.
