What will the Payroll Assistant role involve?

Supporting the timely and accurate processing of timesheets

Managing client invoicing and maintaining contractor records within internal systems

Aiding with onboarding activities for new suppliers

Responding to payroll, invoicing, and data queries promptly and professionally

Contributing to continuous process improvements and team support initiatives

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Assistant vacancy:

Proven experience in a payroll support, data entry, or finance support role

Strong attention to detail paired with good numeracy and organisational skills

Effective communicator capable of liaising with contractors, clients, and internal teams

Confident in using Microsoft Office tools and managing multiple priorities

Proactive in problem-solving with a conscientious approach to deadlines
