What You’ll Be Doing

• Verify and process weekly expense runs for FG UK and FG Ireland
• Process weekly engineer timesheets and calculate overtime for FG UK and FG Ireland
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for FG UK and FG Ireland
• Ensure compliance with statutory

requirements for UK and Irish legislation under guidance from the Payroll Manager and Purchase Ledger supervisor

• Respond to employee queries
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards

What You Bring

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Administrative experience in a finance, payroll, HR or office environment
• Basic understanding of the payroll process and awareness of statutory deductions with a willingness to learn payroll systems and procedures
• Experience working to deadlines in a routine or cyclical environment
• Understanding of confidentiality and data protection

Bonus Points For

• Previous experience in a payroll or finance-related role
• Knowledge of UK and/or Irish payroll and employment legislation
• Knowledge of payroll systems
