Homes2Inspire is seeking a Senior Residential Youth Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Magnolia House, Bicester. You will work in our residential children’s homes, providing nurturing guidance and stability for young people with complex backgrounds.

The role requires at least 1 year of residential experience, QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare, resilience, and strong communication. A full UK driving licence is required. We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
