Payroll Advisor

In this role you will process UK payroll weekly and monthly, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will resolve payroll queries, maintain compliance with UK tax rules and HMRC regulations, and collaborate with Time and Attendance and local HR to submit information on schedule. You will prepare and submit reports and contribute to the payroll team’s goals in a fast-paced environment. You will work with SuccessFactors and Excel, driving high-quality service and compliant payroll processes. This is an opportunity to support a growing payroll function in the UK and Ireland context.

• Process weekly and monthly UK payroll
• Manage payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with UK tax laws and HMRC regulations (Ireland context noted)
• Collaborate with Time and Attendance to ensure timely information submission
• Collaborate with local HR teams
• Prepare and submit required reports
• Contribute to team goals and related tasks as needed

• Proficiency in payroll software, specifically SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of UK payroll tax laws and HMRC procedures
