Oracle HR & Payroll Support Call Specialist
Role Description & Overview
Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting three experienced Call Handlers (Oracle HR & Payroll Support) for a Local Authority in Lewes. This hybrid role is 37 hours per week on a temporary basis, supporting employees with payroll queries as the Oracle Payroll rollout begins.
You will promptly triage and log issues, de‑escalate where needed, and work with payroll, HR and technical teams while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a high standard of customer service.
