We're Hiring: Operations Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Berlin)

We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll be at the heart of a site that plays a critical role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products to patients across Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the strategic planning and development of the site in alignment with broader operational goals.
• Oversee daily production and quality activities, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
• Collaborate closely with all departments to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage site-level projects and special initiatives.
• Take full responsibility for staffing, recruitment, and team development.
• Ensure the site meets all regulatory and operational standards.

What You Bring:

• A degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry).
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ideally with people leadership responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
