Aroma-Zone recherche un(e) Responsable Boutique pour sa future boutique de Noyelles-Godault en CDI temps plein. Vous dirigerez l’équipe, gérerez les stocks et assurerez l’excellence opérationnelle tout en garantissant une expérience client alignée avec les valeurs de la marque.
Le poste requiert 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en management retail et une formation commerciale; maîtrise du Pack Office et des outils caisse est souhaitée, avec un bon niveau d’anglais pour l’accueil international.
