Role Description & Overview
Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe is seeking a Product Change Leader (PCL) and CM Industrial Integrator (CMII) for the A320 family. The role leads the Product Change Team, coordinating engineering, customer services and suppliers to implement changes within the ACP process.
The successful candidate will manage configuration and industrial integration across the MOD POE, ensuring on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery while liaising with the central CM and program stakeholders.
