Premier Inn Abingdon (A34) is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader in a 30-hour-per-week role. You will run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders and lead the team through busy services, while ensuring quality and hygiene.
This hands-on leadership role is designed to build toward more senior kitchen roles within Whitbread. You will own food ordering, stock control and food costs, supervise service, and uphold safety standards, with opportunities for career progression as you grow.
