Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional to join a busy Sales and Marketing team, supporting a range of property developments and resale properties.

You'll play an important role in planning and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, raise awareness of new developments and support wider sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive,

you will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering targeted marketing strategies for individual developments to generate high-quality leads cost-effectively.

Creating engaging website content for developments and individual properties, alongside property portal listings.

Producing compelling marketing content across multiple channels, including HTML email campaigns, SMS marketing, blog posts, press advertisements, brochures and other digital assets.

Supporting the launch of new developments and phases, coordinating marketing activity and events within agreed timescales and budgets.

Managing the production of high-quality marketing materials, working closely with graphic designers and external suppliers.

Collaborating with internal sales and customer service teams to ensure they are informed about current and upcoming marketing campaigns.

Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing key findings with the wider team.

Organising and promoting marketing events, including open days, exhibitions and promotional activities, with occasional evening or weekend attendance when required.

Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and supporting the implementation of any necessary changes to marketing procedures.

About You

We're looking for a proactive, organised and creative marketing professional who can manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.

To be considered, you should have:

A degree in Marketing, a CIM qualification and/or at least two years' experience in a marketing role.

Experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, HTML marketing, SMS campaigns, blog posts or similar digital content.

Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns and managing projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

A creative mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to contribute new ideas.

Experience using digital advertising platforms, content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities. Experience in property marketing and organising promotional events would also be advantageous.

A full driving licence with appropriate business insurance, or the ability to travel efficiently to customer visits and meetings, is also required.
