Role Description & Overview
Les Colettes Sourcing recrute pour le compte d'un groupe international reconnu dans les services aux entreprises un Telesales Manager. Vous pilotez un périmètre d'environ 50 collaborateurs et assurez la performance commerciale axée sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients par téléphone, principalement à partir de leads entrants qualifiés et sur des cycles de vente courts.
Vous managez les Responsables commerciaux, développez leurs compétences, suivez les KPI et collaborez avec les entités du groupe
