Role Description & Overview
Spiko is hiring a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own the relationship with every company that signs up, from onboarding to referral. You will manage Customer.io end to end, design scalable onboarding, drive deposits and retention, and turn happy clients into advocates.
You will collaborate with data and product teams to refine segments, run tests, and report impact on AuM. This role is hybrid with offices in Paris and London and remote flexibility.
