What will the Management Accountant role involve?

Managing your own portfolio of clients and acting as a trusted finance partner

Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts with meaningful analysis and commentary

Producing budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections to support business decision-making

Supporting clients with cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage

Reviewing financial processes and identifying efficiencies and improvements

Delivering insightful financial information and practical commercial advice

Assisting with KPI reporting and outsourced finance support services

Building strong client relationships and becoming a valued extension of their business

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

Experience working within an accountancy practice environment

AAT, ACCA or ACA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience

Strong management accounts and client-facing experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Looking to develop into a leadership or management position in the near future
