Looking for ongoing work, great pay and the opportunity to secure regular hours into 2027?

We're looking for Loading / Inbound Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Crick. Working for a leading logistics provider, you'll play an important role in helping products move safely and efficiently through the warehouse.

This is a full-time role working fixed Monday to Friday shifts, giving you the stability to plan around life outside of work. Full training is provided, so whether you've worked in a warehouse before or you're looking for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay Rates

• AM Shift: £13.56 per hour
• AM Overtime: £16.95 per hour
• PM Shift: £14.27 per hour
• Overtime: £17.84 per hour

Shifts

Fixed shift patterns, Monday to Friday

• AM Shift 6:00am to 2:00pm
• PM Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• Potential overtime available on Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing

• Unloading trucks and trailers
• Receiving and reworking damaged pallets
• Loading merchandise into assigned warehouse locations
• Following site procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to keep products moving efficiently

Please note:

This is an active role and may involve lifting products weighing up to 25kg.

You'll also need:

• A basic understanding of English

• The ability to work safely in a physical role

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential. Full training will be provided from day one.
