Role Description & Overview
OLX Group is seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the product function for our core horizontal marketplace across European markets. You will shape strategy, own the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial leadership to drive growth and monetization for both buyers and sellers on the platform.
You will lead a product organization of around 15 people, focusing on growth, retention, monetization, and AI-driven innovations, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
