Role Description & Overview
Blackburn College is hiring an FE Student Pastoral Support and Engagement Officer to provide timely interventions for students disengaging with their studies. The role focuses on improving attendance, retention and achievement through early help and coordinated pastoral support.
You will work within the Student Support and Experience Team, safeguarding students and coordinating external agency support, outreach services, and engagement plans tailored to individuals' needs.
