Associate/Associate Director - Facade Engineering

In this role you drive the Façade Engineering team’s strategic direction and market-leading expertise to advance sustainable, net-zero design. You lead and mentor a growing team, deliver profitable projects, and shape business development in the local market. You work closely with global Facade Engineering teams and senior leadership to steer technical risk management and client satisfaction. • Mentor and develop the facade engineering team
• Protect and improve design quality with technical and pastoral guidance
• Lead profitable, high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction
• Drive local business development and market presence
• Coordinate with global facade teams to foster collaboration
• Manage technical risks, define scope of services, and prepare fee proposals

• Chartered Engineer (SFE/ CIBSE/IStructE) with degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or similar
• Experience leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery
• Forward-thinking and enthusiastic about digital design innovation and smart design
• Strong technical competence with sustainable/net-zero design focus
• Extensive client-facing experience and ability to present to diverse project portfolios
• Ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams
