Role Description & Overview
Abraxio recherche un responsable Customer Success rattaché à la direction pour accompagner les DSI des grands comptes dans l'adoption de notre plateforme de pilotage. Vous assurez onboarding, gouvernance et suivi des plans d'action afin d'optimiser l'usage et la satisfaction.
Vous comprendrez les enjeux budgétaires et de portefeuilles projets, proposerez des recommandations concrètes, et contribuerez à l'upsell et à la prévention de l'attrition, tout en animant des sessions et la communauté DSI.
