At Engage PSG , we’re looking for ambitious, curious and driven graduates to join our specialist Executive Search team in London, starting their careers in a candidate-focused Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant role .

Whether you’ve just graduated, are approaching the end of university or have gained some early professional experience, this could be the perfect opportunity to launch your career.

You don’t need previous recruitment experience. What we’re looking for is ambition, personality, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn, develop and succeed.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role , where your primary responsibility will be identifying, approaching and engaging exceptional commercial talent for innovative companies selling technology, data and intelligence to the world’s leading investors and financial institutions.

You’ll work alongside experienced headhunters, learning how to research markets, identify high-performing professionals, build candidate relationships and deliver successful recruitment assignments for some of the world’s most exciting technology, data and financial intelligence businesses.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding great people, loves getting into the detail and wants to become exceptional at the candidate side of recruitment.

You’ll be involved in live searches from day one, playing an important role in helping our clients hire the people responsible for driving their growth.

And while there’s plenty of opportunity to progress into a broader recruitment role over time, your initial focus will be on candidate sourcing, research, engagement and search delivery, rather than new business development.
