Job Title: Project Manager

Location: NAS Sigonella

Scope: Acts as the single point of contact for the Government with full contract authority.

Duties

• 
  
• Directs and coordinates all BOS functions to meet performance objectives.
  
• Oversees daily execution across all annexes ensuring resources are allocated and performance remains on schedule.
  
• Maintains direct communication with the KO/COR for contract matters.
  
• Manages staffing, training, and work assignment of all contractor personnel.
  
• Ensures prompt resolution of government concerns and trouble calls.
  
• Oversees subcontractor performance and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  
• Implements management systems for scheduling, reporting, and cost control.
  
• Develops corrective action plans when performance deficiencies are identified.
  
• Provides continuity during phase-in, mobilization, and contingency operations.
  

Mandatory Experience & Certifications

• 
  
• At least five years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  

Preferred / Desirable Certifications

• 
  
• PMP (Project Management Professional).
  
• Equivalent program management certification.
