Role Description & Overview
H10 The One Barcelona 5*GL busca un/a Jefe/a de turno de Recepción de noche para garantizar un servicio de excelencia durante el horario nocturno. Serás responsable del night audit, del check-in/check-out, y de coordinar con los distintos departamentos para mantener la calidad y la satisfacción del cliente.
Se valorará la capacidad de gestionar reclamaciones, realizar reservas y cotizaciones, y fomentar el upselling de habitaciones y outlets.
