Role Description & Overview
Aqua Expeditions is seeking a dynamic Loyalty Manager (Contractor) to lead Trade and Guest Loyalty programs across Europe. You will design engagement strategies, coordinate with Sales, CRM and Marketing, and drive repeat sales while optimizing platform enhancements with technical partners.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing or loyalty, strong CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce), and proven ability to manage global virtual teams.
