A key client of ours is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join their team on an ongoing basis.

You will be working with a large relocation company specialising in business-to-business commercial moves and, on occasion, residential relocations.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent, ongoing work with a well-established company.

The Role

• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle to various locations across the UK.
• Supporting commercial office relocations and residential moves.
• Delivering and collecting furniture, equipment and other items safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with loading and unloading when required.
• Working alongside porters and relocation teams to ensure smooth and efficient moves.
• Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork.
• Providing excellent customer service when dealing with clients and customers.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• A maximum of 6 penalty points on your licence.
• A reliable, professional and flexible approach to work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to assist with manual handling and relocation duties when required.

Pay Rates & Details

• Hourly Rate: £18.00 – £20.00 per hour
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (possible weekends)
• Location: Croydon
• Free onsite parking available
• Various start times
• Minimum 8 hours' pay per day
