Nexsoft S.p.A. cerca un Sistemista Control Room – Monitoraggio Infrastrutture IT da inserire presso la sede di Napoli. La risorsa sarà responsabile del monitoraggio continuo di infrastrutture e servizi IT e della gestione operativa degli incidenti.
La figura lavorerà su piattaforme di monitoraggio, analizzerà log ed eventi, gestirà le escalation e collaborerà con i team tecnici e il cliente per garantire la continuità dei servizi, supportando turni H24.
