Role Description & Overview
Van Havermaet zoekt een ervaren Senior Manager voor de Tax-praktijk in Leuven. Je vertaalt complexe fiscale vraagstukken naar pragmatische adviezen voor bedrijven en ondernemers, met focus op Belgische en internationale vennootschapsbelasting.
Je begeleidt due diligence, M&A-transacties en structureert transacties, onderhoudt klantrelaties en participeert in rulingaanvragen. Je werkt nauw samen met Tax, Legal en Corporate Finance en deelt kennis via seminars en publicaties.
