International Payroll Analyst

In this role you will own and scale international payroll across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate, compliant payroll. You will drive process improvements, support equity payroll, and lead Workday‑driven automation and system enhancements. The position emphasizes data‑driven execution, strong controls, and timely payments in a high‑growth, global environment. • Manage and audit multi-country payroll delivery in 15+ countries with inputs, validation, funding, reconciliations, and post‑payroll activities to ensure accuracy and on‑time payments
• Lead payroll calendar and operating cadence across regions; manage dependencies, cutoffs, exceptions, and risks
• Collaborate with local payroll providers to maintain compliance with regional schedules and windows
• Oversee international equity payroll (RSUs, Stock Options) and ensure regulatory compliance across tax jurisdictions
• Act as functional lead for payroll tech projects, leveraging Workday to automate workflows and support global payroll implementations
• Partner with Benefits, People Ops, Legal, and Finance; manage external vendors and tax fulfillment partners
• Establish and enforce global payroll policies, SOX controls, and SOPs to support audit readiness
• Support strategic projects including M&A integrations and new country entries

• 5+ years in payroll operations within a high‑growth, public tech company with global footprint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or HR
• Proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, integrations) and global payroll software
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables) for data analysis and reconciliation
• Strong understanding of global equity taxation, international labor laws, and multi‑currency payroll
• Excellent problem‑solving, discretion with confidential data, and cross‑functional communication skills
