Role Description & Overview
Pennylane is seeking a Design System Manager to own Purse, our design system, guiding vision, roadmap, governance, and quality across web, mobile, and tablet in multiple languages. You will be hands-on, authoring components and tokens while mentoring designers and collaborating with engineering.
You will champion AI-ready documentation, set high quality standards, and drive system adoption through clear storytelling and leadership alignment. A fintech context and international scope are a plus.
