Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Basic DOE + Uncapped Commission

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced insurance professional looking to join a growing and forward-thinking brokerage?

We are recruiting for an Insurance Broker to join a successful commercial insurance team, focusing on new business development while also managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries.

Build and develop strong relationships with commercial clients across a range of sectors.

Conduct client fact-finds and risk assessments to fully understand insurance requirements.

Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions across a broad range of commercial insurance products.

Prepare and present competitive quotations and recommendations.

Negotiate premiums and policy terms with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Manage policy renewals and support the retention and growth of an existing client portfolio.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services.About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience within an insurance brokerage or commercial insurance environment.

A proven track record of winning and developing new business.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Experience managing customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

Good knowledge of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly principles.

A motivated, target-driven approach with a genuine passion for the insurance industry.What's on Offer?
