Role Description & Overview

Crit recherche un gestionnaire HSE formation pour rejoindre l’équipe sécurité et développement des compétences dans un groupe industriel en Normandie. Vous piloterez le budget formation et élaborerez le plan annuel et pluriannuel afin d’aligner les objectifs du groupe sur le développement des compétences.

Vous assurerez le respect de la législation du travail et des normes ISO 45001, animerez/évaluerez des actions de formation et garantirez la conformité des dispositifs et certifications.
