IFA Administrator - Full Time 08.30 – 5.00 (Part time hours also considered.)

Location: Shirley, Solihull B90

£27,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience ( + Free parking )

My client is a very experienced Independent Financial Advisor who is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their brand new Wealth Management practice.

We are seeking someone with a flexible and positive disposition who has previous experience of supporting an Independent Financial Advisor.

As an IFA Administrator

you will be:

Coordinating planner diaries and client meetings

Preparing comprehensive meeting documentation

Processing new business applications and liaising with providers

Producing illustrations, valuations and transfer documentation

Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems

Proactive client communication to progress cases efficiently

Carrying out hospitality duties-creating the perfect customer journey for new and established clients on a daily basis

We are seeking someone with::

Previous administration experience working for an IFA

Knowledge of Investment, Pension and Life Assurance processing

Possess strong organisational skills and excellent IT skills
