Role Description & Overview
Our client, a well-established Scottish organisation, is running a major Business Improvement Programme to modernise HR, payroll, finance and rostering platforms. They seek an Implementation Project Manager to lead Stage 3, delivering live, phased implementations across HR, payroll and finance while preserving frontline services.
You will direct the implementation partner, own configuration and data decisions, and be accountable for go-live stability across each phase.
