Role Description & Overview
Americold zoekt een HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator die samen met de Country HR Manager het hart van ons Nederlandse HR team vormt. Je beheert payroll, HR‑administratie en compliance voor meerdere locaties vanuit Barcelona in een hybride werkomgeving.
Je fungeert als eerste HR‑punt van contact voor medewerkers en supervisors, behandelt mutaties, dossiers en contracten, en coördineert onboarding/offboarding terwijl je bijdraagt aan digitalisering van HR-processen.
