Role Description & Overview
Americold Logistics LLC zoekt in Barcelona een HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator die samen met de Country HR Manager de kern van het HR-team vormt. Je beheert payroll, HR-administratie, compliance en het gebruik van Oracle en Cobra binnen een internationale omgeving.
Je fungeert als eerste HR-contact voor medewerkers en supervisors, coördineert leaseauto’s en ondersteunt onboarding en offboarding in een hybride werkomgeving van 3+2 dagen. Locatie: Barcelona 22@
