Role Description & Overview
Howden Group Holdings is transforming its HR service delivery in the UK. The HR Assistant role provides first line HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on payroll cut-offs and data accuracy. You will work closely with HRES, recruitment, and HRIS teams to ensure smooth onboarding and processes.
The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in Workday HR and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Hybrid working is available in Milton Keynes.
