Role Description & Overview
Senior AI Engineer | FinTech | Fully Remote EU | Up to €100/hour
I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing FinTech looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join them on a long-term contract.
Location: Fully Remote - Europe
You'll be working on the design and delivery of production-grade AI solutions , helping integrate advanced AI capabilities into core products and business processes.
What we’re looking for:- Strong commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer
- Experience building and deploying LLM / Generative AI applications
- RAG, embeddings and vector databases
- Experience with AI agents / Agentic AI
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex
- Strong understanding of ML/LLM deployment and MLOps
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Docker / Kubernetes experience beneficial
- Strong API and backend integration experience
- FinTech, banking, payments or other regulated-industry experience is highly desirable
We're particularly interested in engineers who can go beyond experimentation and have experience taking AI solutions from prototype through to scalable production environments .
