Role Description & Overview
Gemmo invites a Head of People & Operations to shape and run the people, payroll and operations function for a fast-growing AI firm. You will own end‑to‑end processes, manage hiring, onboarding and performance cycles, and work with external payrolls and labour advisors to ensure compliant execution.
You will collaborate across Italy and Ireland, balancing hands-on execution with process design, and you’ll use AI tools to automate routine admin while building scalable workflows for a two-entity
